Meet Your Instructor
Brandi Kelty
200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor

There was a time in my life when I believed strength meant handling everything on my own. I measured success by what I could accomplish, how hard I could push, and whether I appeared to have everything together.
Recovery taught me something completely different.
It taught me that strength begins with honesty. It grows through humility. It is sustained by grace. Healing didn't happen because I became stronger on my own. It happened because I surrendered, accepted help, and learned to trust God one day at a time.
That journey changed every part of my life, including the way I approach fitness.
Lifting Challenged My Body. Yoga Challenged My Heart.
As someone who genuinely loves lifting weights, I understand why many people are skeptical of yoga. I used to think it was mostly about flexibility. My own experience completely changed that perspective.
The more I incorporated yoga into my lifting routine, the more I noticed improvements in my mobility, balance, breathing, recovery, body awareness, and even my performance under the bar. Yoga didn't make me weaker. It made me move better.
That realization inspired Iron Flow.
What Iron Flow Really Is
Iron Flow is a yoga program designed for strength athletes, bodybuilders, powerlifters, everyday gym members, and beginners alike. This isn't about turning lifters into yogis. It's about helping strong people stay strong.
Every class blends mobility, stability, breathwork, flexibility, balance, recovery, and mindfulness into movement that directly supports performance in the gym and longevity outside of it.

The Heart Of Iron Flow
More Than A Class
Iron Flow is more than a yoga class. It is the intersection of my faith, my recovery, and my belief that true strength is built from the inside out.
I no longer see movement as something I do to punish my body or earn my worth. I see it as a way of honoring the incredible gift God has given me. My faith reminds me that my body is not simply something I possess. It is something I have been entrusted to care for.
Iron Flow will always be a place where people are welcomed exactly as they are. Whether someone walks in carrying physical pain, emotional burdens, stress, self-doubt, or simply sore muscles after leg day, my hope is that they leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more hopeful than when they arrived.
I don't expect everyone who comes to class to share my faith. But I do hope everyone experiences the love, kindness, patience, and encouragement that my faith has taught me to offer.
"Above all, love each other deeply."
1 Peter 4:8
Train Hard.
Recover Intentionally.
Live Fully.
This is the heart of Iron Flow. Not through perfection, but through presence. Not through performance, but through purpose.
Come as you are. Leave a little stronger.
